Home visits across Auckland (Tāmaki Makaurau), Aotearoa New Zealand. Maria brings the table, blankets, and oils. You provide a quiet space.

## Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm NZST. Closed Sunday.

## Booking

Sessions are by appointment only. WhatsApp is the fastest way to lock in a time. Email is fine for questions or if you prefer to write first.

## What to mention when you reach out

- Your name and the suburb you are in
- A short note on what is bringing you to a session (chronic pain, postpartum, grief, burnout, general care)
- Any preferred days or times in the coming two weeks
- Anything Maria should know about access to your home (stairs, parking, pets)

You will get a confirmation back with the agreed time, the address she has on file for you, and a short list of preparation notes.
