# Maoria

> Maoria is a traditional Māori bodywork practice in Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand, offering maori healing as in home sessions. Practitioner Maria Munoz holds space for chronic pain, grief, postpartum recovery, and burnout, working through tikanga and whakapapa in the lineage of teacher Gabrielle Rangihoea.

Sessions are by appointment only and take place in the client's home anywhere across Auckland (Tāmaki Makaurau). The core session weaves mirimiri and romiromi, the two traditional Māori bodywork practices, as one continuous treatment.

## What we offer

- **Mirimiri & Romiromi combined session**, 90 minutes, $100 to $120 NZD (final price depends on travel distance within Auckland). A single session weaving both traditions: mirimiri opens the body with firm rhythmic strokes, romiromi reaches deeper to release held tension and trauma through elbows, knees, and breath.
